Mr. Rodriguez has been in the Sales & Marketing industry for over 20 years and has a solid background in investment banking, 15 years on Wall Street, Credit Counseling, Debt Settlement, Credit Restoration and Mortgages.

Mr. Rodriguez currently holds license' as Mortgage Brokerage Business, Series 7, 63 and is a Licensed Bonded Title Agent.

Mr. Rodriguez's experience includes top positions with several Fortune 500 companies and has demonstrated multi-million dollar production for several organizations. From 1999-2001 raised capital in the amount of $1 million dollars for private placement and helped raise $45 million for PartsBase.com thru an IPO as the VP of investor relations. He was a top producing sales manager for business development at Seisent ($5 million dollars in revenue personally).

Mr. Rodriguez's holds a BA from Fordham University and is a former USMC.

Charles Dunn - Customer Service & Debt Settlement Manager

Charles Dunn has 5+ years working directly with the credit bureaus and creditors. His professional experience in customer service and debt management includes: Establishing training programs for sales and customer service and lead generation, Meeting and exceeding sales goals and client retention percentages, hiring employees, company expansion, training manual development; writing presentations and rebuttals for sales and clients service divisions, writing scripts for commercial and radio advertisements.

Conducting meetings every week for sales and client service divisions. Improving workflow systems for client tracking and expanding into other financial industries.

EI Cogen - CTO

Mr. Cogen is the Chief Technical Officer for Reliance, Inc. and is responsible for all of the companies’ technical needs and requirements including, procurement, development, research and marketing for all mediums.

Mr. Cogen's 12 year technical industry experience includes Marketing, Development, Retail and Ecommerce and has deep day to day technical knowledge with multiple programming languages, operating systems / platforms and disciplines.
